Looking for a MotherBoard that is not too expensive below $100
This PC is build for recording Gameplay for youtube, thanks for you help.
Would it be able to get over 100FPS in OverWatch and GTA or Minecraft.

I am no expert so don't trust my answers fully xD

You should be fine running minecraft over 100 fps(with fraps or a different software that doesn't impact your game software and settings in HD)
Overwatch and gta 5 won't run at 100 fps while recording but it would be around around 69 fps for gta 5(while not recording)
and for overwatch it would be around 85 fps again not recording but the pc should be able to record all those 3 games fine 720p with 30 or 60 fps or maby 1080
