Can you tell me if this computer parts fit togheter and if it will run GTA V and games like that on high settings

You have a AMD cpu and a intel motherboard. If you can afford it I would suggest a intel cpu, since new games seem to be cpu heavy and intel is stronger. What is your budget?

I'd also recommend a better PSU than that corsair that you have there. Go with superflower, seasonic, Antec, or XFX

The dual core i3 might not be the best choice for gta 5 and the power supply needs a boost. That r9 280x will chew through a fair bit of power. But it's a good starting idea for a build
