Building a gaming pc. Ordering tomorrow!!

Heyo!
After months of constant readjustment and research, I now have the chance of building a gaming PC within reach! Would someone give me some opinions on my build?

My goal is for this computer to run games at Ultra at 1080p on a 1920x1080 monitor for at least 40 FPS a game. Specific games include GTA V, Planetside 2, Battlefield 4, Watch Dogs, etc. etc.. Thanks!

I don't suggest going with the CX series of PSU's. They're not very high quality. I suggest going with a EVGA G2, XFX, or Seasonic PSU.
