Building a Gaming PC. Please Help!!!

I want to build a gaming pc under $450. I'm confused if I should buy a Dell Optiplex 9010 (Used) with Intel i5-3470 for $250 and install AMD RX 550 Gb GPU and upgrade the power supply, all under my budget. Or if I should build a new pc with AMD Reyzen 3 2200G also costing me $450. I wanted to know which one would give a better gaming performanace. Please Help!

i think 550 is a faster graphic card. ryzen 2200g give you a better upgrade path

performance wise, 550 should be faster but not by much.i would go with 2200g, and upgrade to a better dgpu later.
