Building a Gaming PC (Practically no budget)

To start this off, I have no idea what section this should be in... Second, I need to build a gaming PC. I have always been a console gamer, and I've been gaming for almost 13 years. But I'm switching over to PC now. I'm making a youtube account as well, BDScopes. Remember to subscribe But, being I'm a new, virtually clueless PC Gamer, I have no idea how to build a PC. How would I go about this? Money isn't a problem by the way. I don't want to have to upgrade my PC until new consoles come out, so I need it to be fantastic. To put it into perspective, I need to be able to run Fraps, While playing something like Crysis, on max settings, where I would then afterwards edit it. How would I build something like that? And remember to subscribe... sorry about any grammatical problems, always sucked at grammar.

When I say Practically, I mean that I don't want to spend over 10000 dollars, but I know what I would generally need to spend on a gaming pc.

I'd recommend going on www.pcpartpicker.com to pick your part list. And this section is for asking about CPUs, troubleshooting them, etc.

What Crysis? 3? You'd need a GTX 770 or 780 ti (Or 970, 980 if you want the newer GPUs), and a i5-4690k, or i7-4770k (or AMD, but I don't know much about them) if you plan on recording and running on max settings. Good luck!

I'd say you need a budget of about 1200-1500.

For the keyboard I would recommend wait for this, http://www.razerzone.com/store/razer-blackwidow-chroma-stealth. Not sure when it comes out but Blackwidow Stealth was amazing and the Chroma looks sick. And for the case you can go with any color but the H440 is pretty cool. Also for the motherboard Im not 100% sure because I don't have any experience running two 980's or any other GeForces in the past, just did some quick research and it seems like a good bet. Oh I just realize I forgot to choose a OS for you The case, witch is amazing, doesn't have a spot for a optical drive but thats not really needed anymore anyways, just buy a external one, any one will do, and a copy of Windows 8.1
