Building a Gaming PC to Play Cities XL: Skylines

I'm looking for advice on building a gaming PC using a barebones mini PC as the base. I'm looking for input on what barebones mini PC is suitable for building a gaming system. I'm interested in the Intel NUC6I7KYK kit. It has Iris Pro 530 integrated graphics. Intel is promoting it as a gaming system. Is the Intel onboard graphics able to handle Cities XL: Skylines or is it necessary to connect a graphics cabinet via thunderbolt to make it work successfully?

Cities: Skylines should work just fine.

Your system is i7-6770HQ with Intel HD 580 and it will handle it well.
