Building a gaming pc under 1200. Your view on parts?

I'm building a gaming pc from scratch and I have no experience or idea of what I'm doing unfortunately. I've found page that lists a build that I can afford for 850$ and these are the parts:

Does this sound like a good build? I can go a bit above this so if you see any parts that could be a bit better or know of a better part please tell me. Thank you!

Do not - repeat - do not cheap out on the PSU on a $1200 budget. Make sure you get a good one. Thermaltake does not make the best power supplies. For $20 more the Radeon 7870 GHz edition is a far better GPU than a reference 660 is.

It looks good but as g-unit1111 mentioned that power supply is not reliable
