Building a gaming PC

Hey guys, iam kinda new to this

I built a pc few years back, it was like 5 years ago. I no longer know the newest technology and which cpu/card to get.

I have like 900EUR which is 1 180,53 USD. Id like to get the best setup I can afford. Thats why iam turning to you

Not really.. Iam from Slovakia, I use partpicker to somehow communicate with you.
