I want to build a liquid cooling gaming rig to play games at 1080p ultra, on my 23" asus vx238h monitor. I hope to have a multi-monitor setup. I'd like to have SSD's for storage and OS.

What parts do you suggest for the best 1080p multi-monitor performance?

I live in Canada, some parts may not be available to me (Like the kraken G10)

Solution
The i5 will be good, yes. It would be nice to get an i7, but I don't see doing that unless we drop you to a 770 GPU, which would still give you max everything at 1080p gaming wise.

If anyone gives you crap for the 770 with 4gb, it's because I am anticipating you getting a second 770 in the future for SLI, and 2 770's in SLI beat a 780 Ti, so you'll be set lol

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($357.98 @ Amazon Canada)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($104.99 @ Canada Computers)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($159.99 @ Memory Express)...
Are you looking for a custom watercooled loop? That will cost a lot lol Here's one with a closed loop watercooler for about $1,500, no OS though. I have the 780 in there cause it's a great card, and the 290x is stupidly overpriced, but they perform about the same. The power supply and motherboard also give you the ability to add another 780 in SLI in the future.
