So I am a noob when it comes to Pc's and parts and such so I've decided to build a gaming PC. My friend is helping me with it. I am mostly going to be playing minecraft, L4D2, and CSGO. I will also be recording videos. Here is what we have picked out so far, check it out and let me know what you think. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bmYmdC
I welcome any suggestions. My budget is around 300-500$ but no more that 500$. Thank you in advance.

Your build will work.

One problem I have with a x4-860K build and the fm2+ motherboard is that you have NO cpu upgrades available.
The x4-860K has a passmark rating of 5593 and a single thread rating of 1587.
Your games tend to be cpu limited and largely single threaded.

Another problem is that the GT730 is a very weak card, particularly the 128 bit version. the 64 bit version is actually faster.

My suggestion would be to use a modern i3-6100 cpu about $125.
The passmark rating is similar at 5500, but the single thread rating is superior at 2102.

You will need a lga1151 motherboard, and most will do. Price will be in the $50 range and up.

The 6100K comes with an adequate stock cooler and also has integrated HD530 graphics.

The integrated graphics will be superior to the GT730 you picked.

If you get into fast action shooters, you can always add a discrete graphics card later.

8gb of ram is fine, you should find a 2 x 4gb DDR4 2133 speed ram to be similarly priced.

The nice thing is that your lga1151 motherboard will support a i5, or even a i7-6700K upgrade in the future.

FWIW.
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice.

For $20 more you can grab a GTX 750 ti. The GT 730 isn't half bad at all. My PNY one pushed 33-38 FPS on rust on simple graphics during some less optimized times. However if you have the space, it is a horrible buy as you can get something way better for 10-20% more costs.
