Hi everyone!

I'd like to know everything about building a Gaming PC from scratch . my budget is 2000. My goal is to run a game named Black Desert on mid. 60frps of course

My ideal case is the thermaltake chaser 1. It looks neat lol. The GPU is a GTX 970 Nividia. Could I have picked a better GPU? What about the other parts like CPU and R.A.M?

Any tips ?

Sorry it looks like your thread got lost in the shuffle.

It would be extremely hard to spend $2000 on a gaming system. I wouldn't even bother with a GTX1080 unless you're going to be gaming at 4k, 144hz 1440p, or an ultra wide 1440p monitor.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($328.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Ultimate 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($150.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State...

Thank you for your opinion.

I have another question relating to GPUS. what mother board should I buy for my GTX1070? would it fit in my thermaltake chaser mk1? does case age matter? it seems fairly dated

United States.Mid Next month. till then, stuck with my HP envy 700 desktop for gaming . *sigh* Its a nightmare for Black Desert.

hyrule rup-...lol..US dollars :)

I'll give you a hint. I see 7/8/2016 as july the 8th. Not aug 7th

I don't have any prefered sites. Building A gaming pc is pretty new to me.
