I'm building a gaming pc (maybe going to use it for recording (at least) 720p @60fps)
and i'd like to know if any of these parts don't match / aren't good... beacuse it's still a big amount of money (at least for me).

MODECOM Logic B26 Midi tower ATX USB 3.0/2.0 case

INTEL Core i5-6500 3,2/3,6GHz 6MB LGA1151 BOX

CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

KINGSTON HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 (HX421C14FB2K2/16) ram

MSI B150 GAMING M3 LGA1151 ATX motherboard

SSD KINGSTON HyperX Fury 240GB 2,5'' SATA3 SHFS37A/240G

WD Blue 1TB SATA3 3,5'' 7200 WD10EZEX hard drive

Corsair VS450 450W power supply

ASUS VS228NE 21,5'' Full HD LED monitor, 50000000:1 ASCR, 5ms, DVI-D

GIGABYTE G1 GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 OC 6GB GDDR5 (GV-N1060G1 GAMING-6GD) graphics card

Solution
The CPU cooler is not needed the stock one will work just fine.
I would get a higher quality power supply. See if they offer the Corsair CX 450m
That case don't come with any fans so you need to buy 2 X 120mm one for the front and rear.
