I want to start off by saying i never built a gaming pc i would love to build one for mmo such as blade and soul ,black desert and etc anyone knows any good builds for around 500 or 600 on max settings

If u want more power u'll need more budget...
What's your previous specs and how much fps u get from it?

You could also look at ryzen, this particular build is a bit over your budget by 30+ dollars but its worth the look:

That's a pretty good build, but I would really consider to step up more with the RAM. As Ryzen will benefit more from faster RAM

Oh, that's still pretty solid for nowdays (some of my friend still uses i7 4770k and pair it with 980ti / 1080ti but 4770k is an unlocked CPU so it can be OCed with proper cooling)
Better go like this:
I7 4770, if your mobo supports OC go with the K version (u can try to find used stuff)
GTX 1060 / RX 580 if u want to play most of the AAA titles at max settings
+8 GB RAM

but hell, if u only play MMO, the only thing u need to do is to upgrade your GPU, just get the 1050ti only, if u want to play other demanding games like GTA V, Modded skyrim, and stuff like that, well getting everything i mentioned above would really boost your performance

it's easy enough, just unplug the old one and put the new one
if the display doesn't shows up, replug the old one and update your BIOS
if the display shows up, then it should already work

I use to have the same GPU as yours (but my CPU is much, much worse)
i replace my GPU but it won't work, so i upgrade my BIOS with the GT 630 first
after that, it will boot up with the 1050ti just fine, i just need to upgrade my display driver and the geforce experience handles it

My personal thought: that build is still worth keeping for, and u can just find a used 4770 at a cheap price as an upgrade path. u can still keep that PC for the next 2-3 years while waiting for the new technology
