I thought about buying the 7 3700x but I will use the PC mainly for Gaming, I won't really stream and/or edit videos, etc. so I decided to go with the i7 9700k.
I'm not really sure about the liquid cooling, is it a good one, do you have some better suggestion?
About the SSD M.2, I honestly want to go with the 970 EVO but it costs a lot and I think the Crucial P1 is a good choice.
A video card I will receive from a friend who recently upgraded his PC, so I'm kinda stuck with it and I think the RTX 2060 Super is a good GPU.

My budget is around 1200-1350€

By going with Ryzen instead of Intel you can save a lot of money, get identical performance, and upgrade other parts.

A 9700k is a strong performing CPU, however I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy a CPU without multithreading in 2020. It’s even more of a no brainer when you look at a 3700x being $82 cheaper and allows you to buy a cheaper motherboard as well. A 9700k will get you better top end FPS while a 3700x will give you better stable FPS with lower drops. If you really like Intel, I’d go with a 9900k or change to a 3700x.

Plus there's no reason to invest in a 9700K when that platform is going to be out the door in a couple of months and replaced with LGA 1200. Which will also mean that the 9900K is going to be obsolete as well. Ryzen is still your best bet, especially considering that current Ryzen X570 boards will also support next gen Ryzen CPUs, you will be safe for quite a while.

Thank you for all the answers thus far.

About the M.2 with 2 TB thank you, but I don't really need 2 TB, I think I will stick with the Crucial P1 1 TB.
I didn't know that X570 boards will support next-gen Ryzen CPUs, so I guess I'll go with the 3700x.

And is the stock cooler that comes with the R7 3700X good, will it keep the CPU cool within hours of gaming and is it loud?

I redid the parts and choose another Motherboard at the savings from M.2 SSD and this is what I came up with:

The stock cooler will work but I’d get a better one if you don’t want it to be loud as it’s gonna be working pretty hard.

It will be louder than an higher end after market cooler, but it does a good enough job if you done OC.

I will try it with the stock cooler for a while and see if the noise will be noticeable to a point where I can't stand it, but for the long run what cooler would you recommend me?

I'm thinking of a Corsair H115i PRO or NZXT Kraken X62 for liquid and Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4, non Pro or the Noctua(which one not sure) for air cooling?

Unless you want an AIO cooler for the looks, I would go with the dark rock pro 4 or Noctua DH-15/S. Both perform as well if not better than AIO cooling and are more than enough for a 3700x with less risk to your pc and last longer on average than AIO coolers. They are big though so make sure you have the RAM clearance and space in your case.

Also as far as I know the TXM PSU is inferior to the Corsair RM/RMX variants. 120 Euros seems expensive for that PSU also.

I don't think you will regret going the AMD route. I just upgraded to a ryzen 3600 and wow. Impressive for under 200 bucks. I'm just using it with a 1660 super and it performs great. I think with the 3700x you will be pretty happy.

But the new ryzen CPUs do seem to run a bit hot. My CPU tops out at 71 it seems. Which I'm running a wraith prism which would be probably stock for a 2700x. Plus it's in a case with 6 fans.
