Solution
I would get this processor instead yours http://www.pixmania-pro.com/pt/pt/12345290/art/intel/core-i5-ivy-bridge-3450-3-1-ghz-cache-l3-6-mb-socket-lga-1155-bx80637i53450.html
it is 10% faster for the same price. The suffix S in your processor means it is a lowered power CPU in order to perform Silently.

You might want to know 2-4 of your sata ports in your motherboard will be blocked by your GPU. That won't happen in this mobo: http://www.pixmania-pro.com/pt/pt/13828513/art/msi/b75ma-p45-socket-1155-chipset-b75-micro-atx.html or this http://www.pixmania-pro.com/pt/pt/12795153/art/gigabyte/ga-b75m-d3v-socket-1155-chipset-b75-micro-atx.html

And this will be a much better PSU...

Because it is 80+ bronze, Corsair branded, and your system only draws 280W maximum so 430W is still plenty of headroom.
