Either, switch to a cheaper H67 motherboard, or upgrade to a 'K' series processor (i5-2500k being the popular choice). RAM is good, but possibly consider 2x4GB (8GB total) if you can fit it into budget. PSU - Overkill for a single card. 500w would be plenty. HDD - Take a look at the Samsung SpinPoint F3 - it seems to be the HDD of choice currently.
