Building a gaming rig for £700-£800?

Hey, well it's been nearly 10 years since I last built a rig and I'm very much out of touch with what I should be looking for!

Aiming to build a gaming rig with o/c capabilities looking to spend £700 but can stretch the budget to £800 if needed.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi sorry should have specified, no monitor os or peripherals needed, will be dual booting windows and Ubuntu. and should also mention that I will be streaming and gaming at the same time
