So all i wanna ask is if the components listed below will work or not (all help is appreciated

1. PSU is a very very important part. The PSU that comes in that case should be removed and thrown in the garbage bin.
2. Use the stock cooler that comes with the cpu then you have no need for the after market heatsink and there is no need for the thermal grease(comes on the stock cooler also comes with the cryorig cooler).
3. GT730 is a slow card and will not game well if that is your purpose.

Buy a case without a PSU, nix the aftermarket cooler and thermalgrease and use that money to buy a good PSU.

Why are you using a CPU that was made in 2012 get the i7-7700k or i5-7600k
Same with th motherboard get a new Z270 motherboard
Cooler looks ok

Yes and you are using a super old GPU (GT 730) get the GTX 1050,1050ti , 1060, 1070, 1080, 1080ti or AMDs cards

No gaming pc with a 128 bit GT730 is going to be any good.
Note that the 64 bit GT730 is actually faster.

With your budget, you should be looking at something like a latest gen kaby lake processor.
G4560 is a decent starter and the integrated graphics is stronger than the graphics card you linked.
You can go up from there.

On the psu, buy only quality.
The only dcase which includes a decent psu would be antec.

Do u have a suggestion for a cheap graphics cards then

Ok ill get a different psu and are u sure that there wont be a need for a heat sink (i will use the stock cooler but will it be enough temperature wise)

Look dude calm down i want this not for full on 1444p gaming at ultra settings but for games like assassins creed black flag to run 60fps at med or high settings 720p or below is fine at 1280x720 or mabey less or gta 5 got thx any way -_-

(it seems to run gta 5 very well above 30 fps on resolution of 1920x1080 with every thing set to normal)

While that psu is better than the original one it's stiil not good. Corsair does have some good psus, however the VS is considered the worst they offer. Where are you getting your 7730 benchmarks? It going to be aboutvthe same as that gt 730. Id look at at least an gtx 750 ti or a newer rx 460 if you want to play AAA games like gta V.
