Building a good pc for gaming

I rencently started planing for building a pc what i have in mind is a core i7 8700k 328$ aorus or asus gaming mother board 250$ ddr4 8-16 gb ram nvidia gtx 1060 6gb 300$graphic card
And a dell monitor of 1ms and 165 ghz
My question is can this run fortnite,call of duty,fifa,gta on 144 FPS
And another question is what is the best nvida graphic card around 300$

If you are looking for higher framerates I'd recommend going down to an i5 8600k and try to get that GTX 1060 6GB up to something like a 1070 or a 1070 ti.

A fast CPU is a must for high refresh rate gaming, but the video card is a lot more important.
