Guys I was thinking of building a Haswell System so suggest me a config!
I want to to play the upcoming demanding games like AC4,BF4,COD,Batman,blacklist .........
things I need is MOBO , PROCESSOR , HDD ,RAM
I have a budget of 400$

A little bit over your budget but will get you a great CPU+mobo setup ( due to 80$ discount ):

But what do you think between i5 4670K & i7 4770S ?
can I get the i7

This will do anything the 4670k will and hits your budget.

4770s has lower clock, and 4 virtural threads that's useless for games. Plus you can't oc the 4770s. And no, getting that i7 will requires at least 150$ more.

Are you going to overclock? If you are, the 3570k would likely be your best bet. The 4th Gen Intel stuff is just not as good for overclocking, and the 3570k actually ends up outperforming the 4670k if you consider average overclock results of the 2 CPUs.

Why would you recommend someone to buy into a dead socket? Haswell overclocks just fine and ill get him to 4.4-4.5ghz in less then 5 minutes

I agree with the 3rd gen i5 suggestions. The haswell stuff doesn't really seem to be much if at all faster and it costs more money. Plus it has been proven to not overclock as well as ivy and runs a good bit hotter than ivy. Id ignore the "dead socket" comment as intel has a nasty little habit of changing their sockets like dirty socks. Ivy is still perfectly viable and IMHO the haswell stuff has made no impression on me to deserve it's higher price.

Because overclocking requires liquid cooling for better results & I have heard that water leakage could easily destroy your hardware ! & I plan running it on stock cooler or It wont fit into my budget !

Well I can easily get the IVy but I have waited for the haswell so long & the haswell has HD 4600 thats the main reason for its pricing I think but I am going to use GTX 650 TI anyway & I don't plan on overclocking so it should work just fine IMO :)

OCing does not require water, something like the 212 Hyper EVO is considered one of the best coolers on the market, I've had my 2500K at 4.8 24/7 for a few years now, and my 3570K at 4.7 24/7 with no ill effects, or to go back, there are may Q6600s (native 2.4GHz) running 3, 3.6 and 4+ GHs that have been around for many years

Looks like I have to go with 4670K & thanks for the help guys !

The only thing I would say is if you want to play demanding games, go for maybe 8GB RAM if you can. I have 8 and play every game without a hitch. Personally, I recommend Ripjaws, but those are out of your price range most likely

Ah yes. I personally stand by my ripsaw x's, always use 4GB sticks, used them in four systems. Excellent ram and they look awesome in a gaming rig.

How about the Sniper 4GIGS for now and another 4 GIGS later !

I thought the same thing about the Hyper 212 till i saw this test over at TPU
