Hello, good people.
Need some advice on building my father a decent home PC for YT/FB/Emails usage.

So I only need a CPU, MOBO, RAM, CHASIS and PSU.
So here is what I thought of buying.

Cpu:
Ryzen 5 1400 (4 cores, 8 threads)

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H

Memory:
HP 8GB 3200 CL16 (1 STICK)

Chasis:
Antec nx110

PSU:
Antec PSU 500w VP500

Going to use an old components I have here
MSI GTX 750Ti 2GB
Arctic 34esports duo

I wanted to know if that build is fast enough to do the daily tasks I mentioned up.
Is it enough in terms of cooling?
I think 1 rear fan is coming with the chasis.
Not sure about the mobo' either.
Thanks in advance.

I'd say this doesn't exactly qualify as "low profile", but the build is more than enough for your Dad's needs.

Great thanks.
This is around 300$ worth of components in my country.
So this is the best I could come up to with this budget.

Could it be able to run games like fortnite?
For my nephews when they come over.
