Question Building a machine with 220w power budget and cannot find CPU power usage

Hello all!

I am kinda at the end of my line. I have called both Supermicro and Intel directly to no avail.

I am trying to build a computer with a total power budget of 220 watts. I have calculated hard drive, RAM, MoBo power, and fans. What I cannot find is CPU power usage based on performance (i.e. Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600 v4). Because I cannot find the power usage I am not sure what ballpark I am in and not sure if I am miles away or close.

I am trying to put the best parts per power budget into the box right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated or direction for that matter.
