Thats not case its a server computer with no operating system. You might want to get a case not a computer if you are building a system. Look at amazon, tigerdirect or newegg sites.

My bad, I meant the server, but read somewhere else that a server cpu is not as good as a regular cpu for a nas or media server.

For NAS/Media Center pc you want it to be quiet and consume little power.
That server won't be either. You'll have to replace all internal fans and cpu cooling to get noise to acceptable levels.
On other note - 6 SATA hot swap bays is definitely a plus.

Good point, I forgot about how servers are noisy, The wife wouldn't like that.
