It you enjoy playing games then sure it's a good thing. But myself including couple more people tried streaming from scratch (even though I have yt with 20k not so active subs due to noncommentary walkthroughs), I didnt manage to get over 13-15 people after 8 months, they are still streaming after 2 years for 20 people. While streamers like Ezekiel_III get shoutout from MANvsGAME because they are good friends IRL and he get 800 regular viewers atleast (that happened last year). Now if he wasnt crazy as fck he wouldnt keep even 20 of those people despite fact that expensive microphone/camera etc are there. Same story about "its...
That build is fine. But if you want to stream dont go for AMD gpu, sure its cheap but I wouldnt recommend.

For those games which you mentioned you will be able to stream at 720p/3500-4000bitrate/60fps without problems. For anything newer, 60fps might get a bit more of your performance. For 1080p streaming/gaming people are using 2 PC setups with internal capture card (or 6/8core cpus) so dont get your hopes to much up.

Also getting on Twitch/Youtube is really hard, dont just throw money for that with hope that you will get success soon or at any point, its always with much luck or knowing some bigger streamer to give you shoutout. Good luck.

well you got to work hard to get noticed things don't happen overnight. but I hear you about twitch/youtube its always good to get in with someone more popular who can give you a shoutout. its not really throwing money im still going to play games regardless streaming is just a plus 😀

Xeon E3 is on par with the i7-4790k
2 144hz monitors.
980Ti will run games on ultra.
Can add another GTX 980Ti in the future for 4k gaming.

Same story about "its not happening over night you need to grind" was for Youtube 5 years ago and it was correct, but at this time there are way way many youtubers in streamers in all categories with all kind of personalities and noone one watch smaller channel if there are bigger available. It's sad how people think but that is the case and reality. You cant act like fool and entertaiment noone on twitch channel and then suddenly someone join and you are like..oh fuck that person joined but it doesnt say anything, lets talk a bit with game.. "person left". Hate that :) I had moments where I had and 150 viewers but I was streaming early released games, next day when I was back on Dota or some regular things back to 10-15 people.

Dont even look at Xeon, especially with that 980ti combo lol. That is so terrible idea and that Xeon is worse then i7 4770k in gaming despite pricing.

I would say atleast gtx970 /780ti (but seriosly newer gpu is always better especially if its cheaper) for new AAA games and upcoming for like 1 year atleast on maxed out settings in 1080p with 60+ fps. If you can get something over gtx970 worthy that would be gtx980ti for NEW build since it's powerful as Titan, much cheaper and yet again have optimized amount of VRAM which can be utilized properly. Also dont consider SLIxGTX970 because card is not that good due to only 4gb vram and there might be issues with 3.5gb "myth".

Thats my suggestion though. You can go for that AMD but new games are usually working better on Nvidia, sometimes even only on Nvidia properly until first patch come out.

970 is 5fps slower in games then 390x without overclock. Pretty much all 9xx series are very good overclockers and can give you between 10-15% increased FPS easily. Again, not sure about price :)
