Hi!

I want to build a new computer.

main issues : BIG storage [SSD + 2-3 XTB HDDs] - Kind of home files sharing server.
HDMI, USB3 many as possible.

CPU & SSD must to be from Intel [I've some discount :p]

I really don't know from where to start.

Someone please can help me to bring my new machine?

Alright. I am assuming you will be using a TV for movies and stuff, so this is what I have come up with. Of course, An i3 would work, but an i5 is about 30$ more than a new i3.

If you have a $2000 budget for it, I recomend buying a faster processor, better motherboard with more RAM, but you'll be the judge of that...

He doesn't need an i7 and more ram for what he is doing. I am assuming he has windows loaded, but his computer is pretty much an HTPC and a NAS combined. An i3 is more than enough.

I guess only "etaibabu" will be the judge of witch processor to get...
My suggestion is to buy a good motherboard with capabilities to accept the latest CPU and lots of ram in case he decides to upgrade any component in the near future.
