Hi
I am kinda noob when it comes to this.
And since this forum looks to have Alot of computer wizzards i thought i would ask for some advises .

Im planing to build a new computer. (first timer)
cause the one im using at the moment is 6 or 7 years old and i feel its time.

It will be used 90% of the time for gaming. BF4, GW2 and other FPS and MMOs
And some streaming.
My plan as plans goes is.

Case: Thermaltake level 10 gt (GF has bought me this for my birthday already)

Mobo: Asus sabertooth Z87 (can be change )

GPU: Nvidia geforce gtx 690

CPU: Intel i7 4770k (this can also be changed to the i5, though its not much of a price difference)

power: XFX Black Edition 1050W

ram: 2* Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz

As for cooling im rely nervous about water and the risk of it destrying everything.
But still im looking at the Corsair Hydro H100i or the Swiftech H220.

SSD: samsung 840 pro 128GB.
And a Seagate Desktop HDD 2TB.

Any help or advisses are welcomed. Im totaly new to this. And just wish to upgrade my computer so i can play future games without trouble.

Ahh sorry. forgott about OS
Im doing vista now (old rig). but im plannin on a new OS, Windows 7 ? what ever suits gaming the most.
Monitor i have.
As for budget im looking at something around 1300Euros

Here are my 2 cents: Don't go with the Z87 Sabertooth. The thermal armor may look cool and keep dust out but it also traps heat. A good alternative for you may be the ASUS Maximus VI Hero

Secondly you do not need a 1050W Power supply at all. 750W would be fine and still give you loads of headroom.

And if the water cooling is a big worry for you there is always the option of getting a high performance air cooler.
Noctua NH-D14 or Phantek PH-TC14PE being some good options

I don't think it's worth buying a 690 now. They are still a 1000 dollars. You can get a 7990 for 600, and they've all but solved any issues with that card. The smarter thing to do, would be to buy a 780 or 780ti now, and later on buy another if you plan on gaming at a resolution higher than 1080p. Hell, at that resolution a 770 would work just fine.
