you want faster ram, (3733 cas 17 ideally), 16 GB is enough, and don't really need the aftermarket cooler. my tweaks:

i wouldn't trust the psu get something better i recommend EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3
the gpu Suggested PSU is 600 W - 650 W the gpus s TDP is 250 W lets say it peaks at 300W
the cpu i9 9900kf lets say it peaks at 200W that is about combined 600w just for the cpu and gpu at peak okay . so do yourself a favor and pick a 750w good quality unit like the evga supernova 750 g3 never skimp on psu it supplies electricity to your expensive components.

I really appreciate the input guys! I was afraid I'd get that response on the power supply but I was being hopeful that I could save a bit of money because I already have that power supply ha.

After taking some suggestions and criticism, I'm looking at a new build now.

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900KF 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB AORUS Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Meshify S2 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

rather than teh 9900, I'd suggest a Ryzen 3700X. Its competitive in FPS with teh 9900 for a lot less money (enough to consider a GPU upgrade)

How about this? Also if a video card is what you would upgrade, any suggestions? Does this build seem like one that could be reliable for several years?

I went to 2 16 GB packs of 3733 memory - you could drop to just one pack of this, a less expensive, but still high quality SSD, a Mechanical keyboard (using Cherry MX Red knockoffs), a less expensive case and fans, and no aftermarket cpu heat sink (the one included is good enough for a light overclock)
