I am building a new gaming pc on a budget and I have choosen the following specs:-

Processor - G4560 upto 3.50 Ghz
Mother Board - Gigabyte - H110m S2
CPU Cooler - Intel Stock Cooler
RAM - Gskill - Ripjaw V 8GB 2400 Mhz DDR4
Case - Cooler Master - K380
GPU - Sapphire - RX 560 4GB DDR5
SMPS - Corsair -VS450 (450 W)
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1 TB @ 7200 RPM
SSD - None

No to the Corsair VS. Its a known half-way-decent (initially) turned into trash tier PSU with high possibility of dropping the main 12V rail and shutdown system under even moderate gaming load.

Other than that, RX560+G4560 should get you ~30+fps min, ~60fps avg for high@1080p in the lighter titles, but you'll need to bring settings down to medium for the heavier titles to guarantee that 60fps avg.

How about VS550?

Just stay away from the entire VS line-up................... This was not the first time and it will not be the last time that Corsair (who doesn't own any PSU manufacturing plant but only outsource the design to other OEMs to build the PSU for them) drop the ball in QA on their more budget line.

Then the cooler master masterwatt 500 should do me fine.
