Building a new gaming PC. (no O.C.)

Hey guys, I'm trying to build a new gaming PC for my brother. I'm wondering if this setup is durable and can run games like CoD-AW or BF4 smoothly. And also if you guys could give me some advice, that'd be awesome.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20 GHz
RAM : CORSAIR 8GB (2x4GB) Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz CL9
GPU: MSI GTX780 TwinFrozr GDDR5 3GB 384Bit Nvidia GeForce DX11.1
HDD: Seagate 3.5" 1TB Barracuda Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200Rpm
SSD: Samsung 120GB 840 EVO
CASE & PSU: CORSAIR CARBIDE SER?ES CHAMP/SPEC-02 WITH 80PLUS 650W

Yep. But for that price, go with GTX 970 and save $100 to put into a better PSU.
