Hey, guys. I'm building a gaming rig and really want to play games on high (not necessarily max) settings like Max Payne 3, Shogun 2, Battlefield 3 and/or 4, AC4, CoD: Ghosts (yes, I still haven't played those games because of my crappy PC), Watchdogs, CoD: Advanced Warfare, and basically every new game. I wanna build a PC that I can play with for 2 or 3 years before upgrading again. My range is 400-500$. I have a vogue rig in my mind and i just need some kind of second opinion.

Processor: 4 cores at 3.2 Ghz or higher (doesn't matter if AMD or Intel)
GPU: I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with Nvidia with an Intel and AMD with AMD (of course)
Motherboard: Probably MSI or Asus or maybe Gigabyte
Cooling: I'm still looking for a cheap and reliable liquid cooling but air is fine.

I have a separate budget for the other parts of the PC so don't worry about them. Thanks
