Approximate Purchase Date: 1 month from today

I would like to start off by saying this is my first ever experience building a gaming pc. I'm not asking for a high tech gaming pc, if i could atleast play games from 2016-2017 at 60 fps no matter the graphic setting, i would be happy since my laptop can only play games uptil 2014.
I will be upgrading later on, but for now i want to build a basic in this price range pc.

Solution
Hi i see that u are ready to play at any settings as long as you are getting 60 fps. But that might mean u are ready to settle for older generation hardware which i will not recommend. So here a config which will allow you to play most game at high to ultra at 720p and at high with 60 fps at 1080p. I am not including a monitor.
CPU: Ryzen r5 2400g with inbuilt graphics @Rs 12500
PSU: Corsair Vs 450 @Rs 2500
RAM: Corsair vengeance 2400mhz @ Rs 6000
MOTHERBOARD : MSI A320M pro @RS 3700
HDD: SEAGATE BARACUDA 7200RPM @ RS 3375
I am not including a GPU Becuz the only gpu in your build which includes a monitor are gtx 1050ti and the amd counterparts with only a little better performance than the inbuilt Rx vega 11 graphics. The tital cost...
You should follow the stylizing in this thread and edit or followup your thread with the necessary information. It'll help us provide a tailored suggestion/build.

It will also help us understand where you're located and what your limitations are?

I see you're in India. Mind sharing the SKU for your laptop so we can understand what you're working with as of now? Please mention the games you'd like to play. Don't just state etc...

MERGED QUESTION
Question from kkspwns : "I would appreciate some help on what i should buy for my first ever gaming PC (Budget 450-480$)"

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fnJWBb i made one build, you need to choose case for yourself.

I assume SKU means product and model no
Model - g6-2014TX
Product - BOP65PA#ACJ

Big fan of the AC games, want to play all the games from AC Unity till Origins if possible, Witcher 3 , Wolfenstein series if possible , Watch dogs 2, Far cry 4,5 and some other AAA titles if it's possible.

I think i asked above my price, seems like these parts are really expensive in India. Could you change it 350$

350usd with all new parts is impossible for me, but i will try. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bHCn8Y I highly suggest you to buy used 1x8 ram or even better 2x4 kit if you can. 4gb of ram is too low even for games like league of legends. Another option is to add 4gb of ram when you save money.

This will leave you with enough money to buy a monitor.
So tell me if you like it or not
