RGB Case, Memory & CPU cooler.

Since you prefer Intel I & do programming I went with the 9900K. The Vega 64 would give you playable (60) on Med to High settings at UHD depending on the game.

Now that being said does you software work better with Intel? If not then AMD 3rd gen could be better for the price and possibly allow for a better GPU.

Here's a 3rd gen AMD build. The build goes slightly over budget but allows for 32gb of memory instead of 16gb.

Wow awesome Thanks a lot. This help. I am looking for RGB solution like 6-8 fans. I hope the above builds help me made gorgeous PC. Thanks again. Appreciate.

Also My budget is INR 172000.

I want to remove SSD and HDD and those I already have it which saves some money for me around INR 15k.

I am looking for a better motherboard. Do you think MSI MEG ACE is ok or I should go with MSI Tomahawk. I am also looking for a better Cabinet ATX, with full of RGB fans included.

Both Intel builds start with 3 RGB in the front as intake, two on top as exhaust and 1 non RGB fan in the rear but with the memory also RGB the build will look good and you could replace the rear fan with a RGB fan as well. Depending on what the case comes with though you may need to buy a RGB fan controller but those are fairly cheap.
