Well at your price point I wouldn't really suggest going with a Skylake processor. Granted if you'd be willing to upgrade your gpu within the next two years you'd have an excellent gaming pc overall, but if you want a more balanced build, and something that can play GTA V at 1080p on medium to high settings and keep a constant 60fps, I'd go with my build instead. For reference of the performance difference between a gtx 960 and an r9 280x here's benchmarks for GTA V at normal settings: http://www.techspot.com/review/991-gta-5-pc-benchmarks/page2.html

If you don't want to get my build I'd at least suggest getting the power supply and cpu cooler that I suggested as they are higher quality than the parts you chose and add up to less than what you'd spend on your original parts.

Thanks for the suggestion. The only reason I go with the skylake instead of the haswell is because I can't find any Z97 or H97 MoBos here anymore. The Hyper 212X is the same as Hyper 212 EVO except its newer, cheaper and has an upgraded fan. Is the R9-380 better than the R9-280X ? Because I can't find anymore R9-2 series here. I might consider changing the case but I trying to find a cheap one with good-very good airflow.

Well if you're not able to use the stores that are listed by pcpartpicker.com then I don't really know what specific dealers you can order from. the r9 280x is notably stronger than the r9 380. Up to you as to what cpu cooler you want to get. I don't know why you wouldn't be able to get a single Z97 mobo or H97 mobo in Australia but if that's the case then just get a Skylake i5 and a worse gpu because you can always upgrade the gpu later.

I just prefer to buy things such as MoBo and CPU in store rather than have them shipped in and the 97 chipset MoBos that I want such as from Asus and Gigabyte are at their end of life. So I thought it was a good idea to build a Skylake system instead and Skylake can guarantee me future compatibility at least longer than Haswell. Well if you said 2 years its enough for me to buy or change the GPU. Do you think the GTX 960 will be good enough ? Because in my opinion if I buy the GTX 970 instead it will not show much difference if I'm going to buy the same monitor.

Well there's a big performance difference between the gtx 960 and gtx 970 at 1080p, so don't think that it wouldn't show much of a difference. But yeah a gtx 960 would allow you to play new titles at medium settings and hit 60fps consistently at 1080p for the next two years, so as long as your willing to upgrade your gpu within the next two years you'd do just fine with a skylake build paired with a gtx 960. The difference between a gtx 960 and an r9 280x is not as big, so you'd be just fine going with a skylake build with a gtx 960 instead of what I initially suggested. If that's what you want then I'd suggest the build below. Just so you know this cpu can't overclock, but it allows this build to be within your budget. Besides this cpu will perform just fine without overclocking for years to come.
