Question Building a new PC for professional video/photo/graphic use and mid to high end gaming, would this build work?

Hey all, this will be the third PC I've built and been out of the game for a while. Feeling pretty lost and just wanted to get some more experienced eyes. I'm a photographer and filmmaker and need a pc that can handle editing 1080/4k video (not raw) as well as RAW photos. I also love PC gaming, I play more open-world stuff, def into Arma. Just wondering if this could handle both with ease...

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: Before shipping, no rebates or anything, about $1500-$2000 (this build is about $1900)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Editing 1080/4k video (not RAW). Editing RAW Photos. Using illustrator to create graphics (typically have at least 2 Adobe CS programs at once). Gaming, open-world stuff mostly, Arma, some AAA titles, etc.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, it's a 1440p monitor (link below)

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, MediaMarkt (I'm an American living in Germany), I'll use anything, I prefer to avoid shipping costs though.

Parts Preferences: No preference, just nothing that will die in a year

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Additional Comments: I'd like to get a high-end monitor down the road. Potentially 2 4k monitors or 1440p 144hz. Would this build hold up for something like that?

PSU is poor and that is cooler too weak to cool a 9900k.

For editing, 2x16GB RAM would be more appropriate. Don't get a cheap/poor PSU. Stable power is the foundation of a stable build.
