Building a new PC, help! i5 4690

So i've recently decided to upgrade my PC. I am limited with DDR3 since i wont change memory sticks. I wont to any overclocking but i am tending to play games like overwatch, csgo, dota on 144hz. I would like to hear your suggestions on build and if there is something i should change.

- PROCESSOR: INTEL CORE i5 4690 (I have a budget of 240€, so about 260$)
- CASE: BitFenix Nova white
- CPU COOLER: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO
- MOBO: ASRock B85M-HDS- 1150
- PSU: EVGA 600W 600B (80+Bronze)

Also i will use an old dual x r9 280x grapichs

That should be good. I'd possibly get a better PSU but the 600B should get the job done. The i5 is more than capable of handling games like that at 144hz. The GPU will be the bottleneck if anything, overwatch you may have to drop some settings to get that 144fps but the CPU won't be any limitation and the rest of the build is good.
