Building a new PC. Is this a good build?

So for some time I've been slowly tweaking the list of parts on what I'll be using in my build. The parts are listed on http://pcpartpicker.com/list/VhwHxY. The only part I think I may change is the Motherboard, but for 189.99 on NewEgg it's not bad and from friends at some of the companies they've told me the Sabertooth Motherboard I selected is a good choice. What do you all think? This will be used for gaming, streaming and some video editing.

You have the budget to go SLI 1080s if you want to save more money you can go with a 1070 instead. You can change the case.

Some aftermarket fans would be nice. If you do not have one already, you should get a monitor with at least a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1440p+ resolution (This is to get the most out of your 1080). Otherwise, everything is high quality and compatible.

Enermax fans are pretty good. They are not the best for overclocking and are not the best quality, but they will get the job done. They will probably break down quicker than the higher quality ones like Noctua and Corsair though, just to keep that in mind.

Why 120Hz? The difference is hardly noticeable and the I don't thing the 1080 can reach 120 FPS or the cpu on modern triple A titles, i would go 60Hz 4k moniter for about the same price.

Are you running multiple instances games or VMs? If not, 2x8gb is plenty and saves some cash.

Is that green drive for media or games? They'll load insanely slow on a drive like that.

I guess you are right, haha. Yeah, forget the high refresh rate. Just get a 1440p/4K monitor at 60Hz.

I beg to differ. I went from 1080/60 to 1440/120 (gtx 670 won't do 144) and the difference is very noticable even with my ancient gpu (upgrading to a 1070). The gtx 1080 will maul 1440 and with gsync you get increased smoothness even when not capping framerate.

Well, yes the difference between the refresh rates are noticeable (After I switched to 144Hz, I never switched back to 60Hz). But, the point is not the noticeable difference, but the capabilities of the GTX 1080.

I have never experienced 120hz mainly because they aren't mainstream so I assume it's not that great of a difference, it's mainly personal preference, I feel higher resolution is more important than a little bit smoother. Idk maybe if I expierienced 120 hz I will change my opionion.
