If you can get the the 4670k & z87 board for the same price get that instead. It's basically the newer version of the same cpu and between 5-10% better. It's a pretty good build but if you're looking to save a few bucks you can do without a lifetime supply of mx-4 😉. Also a SSD is pretty much 4x faster than mechanical. A samsung evo 120gb will see a big improvement in load times

swapped out the power supply for a better unit. the newer intel haswell cpu are dropping soon as newer nvidia gpus.

it going to cause few price drops or you could pick up the newer i5 chip for a good combo deal.
the nvidia gpu will be dropping when the foundry fixes the yeild issue so i would use onboard gpu till they dropped.
