Building a new pc with an old motherboard, does it work?

So as I said i'm building a new PC, and i'm going to use parts from my current one (Dell Optiplex 790 SFF) and I want to know if the D28YY motherboard that the Dell uses has all the ports as the newest motherboards?

Parts i'm going to use: Gigabyte GeForce GTX1050TI G1 Gaming 4G, Mission SG GGP 1.0 PSU, Mission SG GGX 2.0 case, the 8gb ram that the 790 has, D28YY mobo, two ssd:s one 128gb and another 500gb, Intel core i7 2600, and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

It may be PCI-E slot does not provide standard 75 watt power and is a low power proprietary Dell design that your Gigabyte GeForce GTX1050TI G1 Gaming 4G will not work in. You might want to research that further.

Alright, thanks! I'll have to buy a new motherboard that supports both the cpu and the gpu or just buy a brand new mobo and cpu.
