So let's start off with i just bought a new GPU (amd 7850). And my CPU bottlenecks it pretty hard (Intel Q8400 2,66). I was looking for a Intel i5 Processor, everything good and fine but remembered i hav e an old motherboard (asus P5LQ pro) And here is the thing if i change my MOBO i have too change the RAM. So it's pretty much a new build. Shame on me i'm going too computer school and still need your help, i don't wanna mess things up. What is the best MOBO too work with i5 and my GPU. The mobo shouldn't be over 150€ and the i5 200-230€. And i will probably need new RAM because i have DDR2. How mcuh will that cost for about 8 GB. Thanks for your help guys, if i have too be carefull about otherthings too, tell me :) ( I will use this Hard Disk, but change it if i will have money left) i will buy this setup in 2-3 months.

A motherboard with a B75 chipset should be good for you, unless you wish to overclock your cpu. A B75 motherboard should cost you about €60-70. If you don't wish to overclock, you can go for a Core i5 3350p, which is around €160 where I live. If you do wish to overclock, go for a 3570k and a Z77 board. 8GB of DDR3 1600MHz is around €50, might be a little more as memory prices are going up.

These prices are in the Netherlands by the way. Might be different, depending on where you live.

An i5 3350p isn't much slower than a 3570k. Since games run mostly on the GPU, those few 100MHz won't matter a lot. When it comes to motherboards, you'll have to think of what features you would want. For example: do you wish to run a Crossfire setup in the future? Do you need certain expansion slots? Based on those needs you can choose a motherboard that fits your needs.

At the moment... But as time moves on the 3570k clocked at 4Ghz+ will last much longer without bottlenecking better GPUs.

That's what i was thinking and it's not a problem to buy a 230€ CPU as long as it good

Look at it this way, I bought my z68 board and 2500k a couple of years ago, its mildly clocked at 4.3Ghz (I have clocked it higher, but see no point at the moment) and I still see no reason to upgrade it - its totally fine for games and everything I throw at it. To me, it was a worthwhile purchase as even now its only outperformed by a small amount of CPUs.

I don't really know why i should crossfire, i don't do anything else than play games on my computer and i think one's enough :) Other than that i don't really know what i need, i will just check if there is 3.0 USB and stuff like that :)
