Approximate Purchase Date: I would like to get it as soon as possible. Is there a website or place I could buy the parts cheaper on black friday?

Budget Range: I will spend up to 800-850 max

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Watching Movies, Video Editing and live streaming.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Everything 😛

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or is there stores that sell parts like bestbuy? I would like to find a place that would also sell cheaper on black friday.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - I live in Bixby, Oklahoma

Parts Preferences: I honestly just want the best I can get for my money. I heard intel is better for gaming and video editing photoshop etc. I will be taking this pc to college in future for work and stuff too. I want the parts to focus on gaming and video editing and live streaming though.

Overclocking: Haven't decided. I probably rather not for a while until I get use to

SLI or Crossfire: Suggestions? Probably not that will cost a lot more as in I don't have the budget?

Your Monitor Resolution: I want to get the best thing I can on black friday? I know they sell monitors at stores.

Additional Comments: I will specificaly be playing Call of Duty Games (ghosts), Battlefield 4, DayZ, and combat arms. Only games I really know of right now for pc that I like.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm leaving the console world for gaming and have wanted to for over a year. I want the best for my money please. Thanks for the help.

Here is what I have set up so far. Change anything to what you think would be better. Change the CPU to intel change anything. To what I can get the best for my money. that I will be able to upgrade in the future etc.

I would like to get 1tb memory and probably 16 ram? Would that be a good idea?

-Changed the Motherboard, better for overclocking
-Changed the Graphics Card, 30% or more better than R9 270X
-Changed the HDD from 500GB to 1TB
-Changed the PSU, Antec High Current Gamer series are good
-Changed the Case, Fractal Design Core 3000 is very versatile case, with good airflow.
-16GB of RAM is not required for gaming and it is not necessary, 8GB is all you need.

Solution
Asus M5A990XEvo has better Digital 6+2 phase power design against the A97 which have 4+2. Simply It means it is better for overclocking and has more stability. If you want cheaper motherboard and do light overclock go for M5A97 REV 2.0., overall very good board.

What will be better for future gaming? Of the setups that you just gave me? I imagine the 8-core would be an all around better option? What would you choose? As you are a motherboard Expert :) Will it also be good for live streaming and video editing?

Well some say AMD's 8 cores will benefit in the future with more and more games utilizing more cores. Both of the setups are on a ''dead'' motherboard, which means any new processors that will come out in the future will not be compatible.Since the budget is same, i would say the Intel is better choice, their Ivy Bridge processors are top tier gamers, especially the i5 3570K.

Here are some benchmarks, as you can see the i5 3570k is top gamer.

Will the Graphics card work on the future motherboards then? I don't want to have to replace them too that will cost a lot again in the future having to replace both.

You'll be just fine, they will work for many years to come :)

Do you know any good mointors i can get pretty cheap and keyboard?

Will it be cheaper to buy the stuff on Cyber monday or black friday? Will one of those days be cheaper than the other possibly?

To be honest i don't know how Cyber Monday and Black Friday works, we don't have that kind of offers form were i come form. But i think it will be much cheaper, just make list of the parts that i selected for your setup and check the prices.
