building a new pc

Hi I'm sort of new to the PC scene and consider myself somewhat tech savvy my budget is about $1935 and can someone help my come up with a list I'd like a quad HD monitor I7 4770K, and at least 16 gigs of RAM I've been looking at the new 6gig Vram GTX 780 is all of this feasible and can I get some fan and case recommendations?
