Building a new PC

Hey,

I want to get a new PC so I was thinking to get an Intel Core i5-4670K, with my GTX 650 (nonTi), 8 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD.
My question is what motherboard to get?
Will ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 be ok?
I'm not going to overclock the CPU now, maybe in the future.
BTW I know that the GPU is lame, but I already have it 🙁

I'd get a 4690k and a Asus Z97-A

everything's fine , but your next move is to change that gpu to a gtx760/770 or r9 270/270x/280/280x .

Yeah that's a great mobo or MSI Gaming 5 or Gigabyte Gaming 5 like me. You can't go wrong either way they all overclock well and have their extra's.
