Building a new pc

Hello ive came to this site alot in the last few years for advice today i decide to make an account because i am working on a pc and it seems to be working fine but i want to ask other what they think i need to do from here i have
asustek b85m-g r2.0 mobo, intel pentium g3258 dual core 3.2ghz processor,and i just bought a evga 970 from a evga gtx 750 ti ftw heres my problem i can run all the games i played max setting but certain games like the witcher 3 have point where the game will freeze for 5 seconds and then run great again i just need some advice on what i should buy next to upgrade my pc i dont have a big budget probably 250$ extra to play with any ideas? new to toms so idk if i did this right please work with me

You probably need to set the video settings down some. That CPU might be bottlenecking some and is not able to keep up with the gtx 970. An i5-4570 would do nice in that board.
