Guys I'm building a new pc
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Windforce OC Video Card
Case: Cooler Master CM 590 III (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
But I'm not sure if it's a good choice of parts, any change you would recommend? The cpu I want it to be this one. My budget is about 1000-1500€, and it's for gamming

Solution
Well the build looks solid the only things i can critique are if your going to overclock(you have a z270 mobo) i would recommend a liquid cooler but if your not going to make it go to higher clock speeds then intel recommends well then the evo will be fine also if you are going to overclock i would recommend the intel tuning package which just is a extra warranty so if during overclocking the core breaks they will replace it for you. continuing on your gpu seems under powered just a bit for your build i would recommend going with the 1060 6 GB model or the RX 580 i have two of the 580s and they work flawless . other then that the build looks amazing and i hope you have a good journey coming to the pc master race.

Solution

Thx for the opinion, I've got a couple of questions:
Does the liquid cooler requires any special type of maintanence?
And if I don't want to overclock, do you sugest another mobo?

The liquid cooler does not require any other maintenance because it is a AIO(all in one) liquid cooler all you have to do is put the radiator where you would a fan and put the coolers head on the cpu like you would a cpu fan. also for the motherboard if you want aesthetics and more features go with a z270 if your just a basic gamer and a'rent looking into a sli or crossfire config in the near future then you could go with a different option ive listed some below.

Mobo option:

Ok so if your not planning to overclock you should get a Z170 motherboard and a i7-7700 as the k means it's overclockable. Liquid coolers (AIOs) take very little maintanence but are almost always more expensive. Also ram doesn't need to be clocked to 3000 or 3200 as intel only supports 2400. This should be taken with a grain of salt as you can get it to register up to 3200 however if your not overclocking you probably don't have interest/time to get the full potential out of your ram.

well the "z" means the motherboard has the compatibility to overclock but a b or h ETC mean that your motherboard does not and yes the "k" means overlcloakable now about the memory that really just depend on your mobo manufacturer if they let you overclock your ram and also if your not trying to go crazy gamer like 4k and everything even 2133 should be fine thats what i have and my games run flawlessly. and last the AIO well they dont have any maintenance unless your one of the few that got a faulty one and you can find some for 65 to 70 dollars the one i have listed above was a extreme one if your not going to hardcore just get a 65 dollar one.

You can save some money with https://www.amazon.co.uk/B250-K4-Fatal1ty-Elegant-Motherboard/dp/B01MT60L5A

The 7700 runs a bit warm. I would add a second 120mm fan to that cooler. The Evo comes with an extra set of brackets so you can add an extra fan.

I agree that the 3GB 1060 is out of balance with the rest of the build. To be honest I was expecting a 1070 like https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/bce/EVGA-08G-P4-5173-KR-GeForce-1070-SuperClocked-Black-Graphics/B01L6QAPMY/ref=sr_1_7?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1493776110 . You could save £60 with that board. Invest that and a little extra into a 1070.

The board is actually pretty good and about the Evo it is a solid cooler but I mean if you wanted even better cooling you could go with the noctua fan I have listed below(it is huge). And yes the 1070 would be a great choice but if you don't have the budget even the rx 580 would be a good choice cause you can later upgrade it to Crossfire configuration.

Yeah, tho I think I'll keep it overclockable just in case, today I might be a casual gamer, but maybe in the future I might be more serius about it so I'll leave it overclockable so will the noctua fan hanle some overclocking ?. Can I overclock with that mobo ? About the gpu can you send me a good review ?

Ok thanks,
I can't find a review for the EVGA 08G-P4-5173-KR GeForce GTX 1070 either, the only review I found is this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cbmOvOm8yo
But I guess it's not the same gpu
Do you know any review for this gpu ?
