So I looking to build a new pc sometime but i have some some problems
Here would be the new specs
Cpu:I5 8600k or 9600k
Gpu:Now 1050ti later 1070 ti or 2070
Ram:8gb or 16gb ddr4
Mobo: Asus z370f or z390f
Psu:now 600w coolermaster elite v3
Cpu cooler:hyper212
1st problem is the ram enough for cpu or for future use
2nd now I'll bottleneck but i will upgrade my gpu later on
3rd good cpu cooler under 100$
And quiet?

Solution
There's also the Ryzen 2600 which is just short of $100 cheaper and would give money for a better gpu right now. Also the RX 570/580 might be well worth the money in this case.
If wanting to stick to Intel is the I5 9600 a good choice,it's about as expensive as the 8600,do get a Z390 motherboard with that.
For ram get 16gb if you can, some newest games really push 8gb or even need more.

That psu is really not a good choice get something better. A good quality 550watt should be fine.

There are already good cpu coolers for around $50 so use the remaining money for that better psu. Something Like,

Don't waste money on a 1050ti, those cards suck for the price. You can get a rx 570 or 580 for same price and they blow the 1050ti away. The 570 can run most games at 1080p high setting 60fps. It's actually very close in performance to the 1060.

It doesn't matter if it's AMD since your main card will be nvidia. Go with 16gb of ram now.
