Hey all, I'm building a new gaming pc and I could use some advice. I've been doing lots of Googling, but it would help to have someone with more knowledge look at it.

First, the standard questions!

Approximate Purchase Date: this week

Budget Range: between €1500 and €2000 (preferably ca. €1750)

System Usage from Most to Least Important:Gaming, both fast-paced FPS and RPG

Are you buying a monitor: Yes. This isn't included in the budget. Currently thinking about Acer Predator XB271HU.

Do you need to buy OS:
No, I'm fairly sure I can reuse the old one.

Location: The Netherlands.

Parts Preferences: Slight preference for intel, but not a requirement.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1440p (144 Hz)

Additional Comments: I'm upgrading from an older PC, but I don't think i can reuse much. On paper the PSU and the cooling unit would be fine for the new build, but the parts are 5 years old, so I'll replace those. I am planning on reusing the chassis, though.

What I have now:

Total price atm: €1729

I'd appreciate any tips! Thanks in advance.

Solution
I would buy a different CPU cooler. That one is a little better than the stock Wraith Max that comes with the 3700X, but it's still entry-level for performance cooling.
