You want extra case fans for that 011.

The AIO is comically overpriced. Unless you really really want evening controlled with iCUE, a $65 Thermalright AIO will get you 90% of the way there.

Thermalright Aqua Elite 360 White V3 Aio CPU Cooler, 360 Liquid Cooling Row, ARGB PWM Cooler Fans, for Intel LGA1150/1151/1155/1156/1200/2011/1700,AMD:AM4/AM5, PC Cooler Aio https://a.co/d/icUKaal

Spend the $150 saved there to swap the 4070Ti for a 4080, or wait for the 4080 Super at $1000ish.

Swap the PSU for this, or a similarly priced FSP Hydro 1000w unit. Limited-time deal: Corsair RM1000e (2023) Fully Modular Low-Noise Power Supply - ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Compliant - 105°C-Rated Capacitors - 80 Plus Gold Efficiency - Modern Standby Support - Black https://a.co/d/6434MYK

No idea what your intended use is for your new PC but if it's gaming I'd run that build a bit different. I would look for a case with better airflow and a cpu that's easier to tame while achieving similar results. Something like this down below. Low profile RAM so that it doesn't impede that dual tower ARGB cpu cooler, replace the 140mm non ARGB rear exhaust fan that's included with that case with the 140mm ARGB fan down below and install that 3-pk 120mm ARGB fans inside the top of that case where an AIO would normally go.

Add this to that build.

Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB Controller & USB HUB (White) $11.99

And you end up with something like this.
