Im building a new pc but im not sure if parts are compatible
MotherBoard:Asus P7P55D-E LX LGA 1156
RAM:2x2GB Kingston HyperX 1600MHz DDR3 CL9
Case:CoolerMaster USP 100 + ExtremePowerPlus 550W PSU
Processor:Intel Core-i5-2400 3.1GHz
GraphicsCard:MSI N460 GTX Hawk 1GB GDDR5
HardDisk:Samsung SpinPoint F1 HD753LJ 750 GB 7200 RPM 32 MB HDD

Solution
Your motherboard and CPU are incompatible with each other. The motherboard is Socket 1156 while the CPU is socket 1155. Change the motherboard to match your CPU.

I'd also probably swap power supplies with a better known source like Antec, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, or Corsair.

Ok i looked at ur spec and the first thing i saw was ur CPU will not work with ur Motherboard becuase the board has a LGA 1156 slot and the CPU uses a LGA 1155 Slot. But u could get the i5-650 3.2ghz dual core for $174 or the i5-760 2.8ghz quad core for $209 (prices from www.newegg.com)

That motherboard needs an older processor. If you want to run the 2400, you need a motherboard with an LGA 1155 socket, as opposed to an LGA 1156. (yeah, they did that on purpose to confuse you) You'll need to get RAM that's rated at 1.5v, and as there are 6 different kits on Newegg that fit the description you provided, this is the one that will work best with your setup:

Edit: Agree with Wolf, the Extreme series is the least extreme of the CM PSUs. This thing, however, is a beast:

Actually you are wrong. 1556 is completely compatible with 1155. Practically the same thing.

EDIT:
-oops never mind. I am wrong. I don't know what I was thinking lol.

I was actually looking at the OCZ 600W PSU, if you can swing it. I'm biased against Cooler Master because I've had one that was supposed to be more than enough to power my graphics card (a number of years ago), but kept rebooting my system on me (mid-game). I switched to an Antec PSU and never had the problem again.
