Get the 8400. You will stand to gain in the long run... http://www.pcgamer.com/intel-i5-8400-review-the-best-new-gaming-cpu-in-years/

And it performs better than...
A little more than a grand, but this is a realistic build for PUBG etc, you can choose your KB and Mouse, Windows 10 is included.

This is just 6 bucks UNDER 1 Grand. It has a Ryzen 5 1500X which allows for overclocking. 8 Gigs of RAM at 3000Mhz is perfect for Ryzen. This has an SSD and an HDD. There is also an OS included.

It also includes peripherals like you asked. Has a 1060 6GB as well.

OR for as low as you want to go a 1500X overclocked matched with a 1060 6GB using mixed settings gives you a average around 60 FPS the above Intel gives 5-10 FPS more.

Nice builds! But what about peripherals, as he asked them to be in the price?

Thanks a ton guys but I might have said it the wrong way, I already have the peripherals.

Now as for the above builds, I’ve heard the i3-8350K is around 20-30$ less than the i5-8400 and does a pretty much good job and can overclock it as well. Any opinions on that?

I would like to go with the Intel build cause, I’ve seen a lot of videos where Ryzen really sucks for pubg.

I’ve pretty much got everything clear thanks to you people showing me the builds here.

I’m going to keep the intel build like I said earlier but could you guys help me with why not i3-8350K?

That is quite a tricky question. Both are nearly the same price, the 8350k is a base clock of 4Ghz, while the 8400 is 2.8 but boosts up to 3.9. Personally, I would go with the 8400 simply due to it having 6 cores.

But, for games like Destiny 2, maybe PUBG, BF1, the 8400 would be better. It will also last longer due to its number of cores.

And it performs better than 8350k in PUBG... https://www.techspot.com/article/1532-pubg-cpu-benchmarks/

Get eh build i have posted above. All quality parts for your budget and you should get good performance.
