I am building a desktop computer with i7 6700 skylake CPU. The reason I went with the i7 is because I will mainly be gaming, streaming, editing videos, recording music and editing. Lots of editing, streaming and playing games. So far, I have decided

i7 6700K CPU
Supernova 850 g2 PSU
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
or
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

I was originally going to get gigabyte gaming 7 g1 1151 socket mobo.. but I've read many bad reviews about the product. I cannot decide which motherboard to get that will do many of the things that I want to do listed. I am looking for a mobo that is around 200 dollars. Mobo that can support M.2 for ssd. My price range is around 1k.. but I would like to be under if possible. My friend said he may be able to lend me his graphics card which I think is either the gtx 660 or 770.. This is my first build that I am doing myself.. but mainly I cannot choose a motherboard.. please help!!

Solution
The Asus Pro Gaming, Ranger, and Hero are all nice boards. Why are you getting such a big PSU. A 650 g2 will handle any single nVidia card you want to use.
I plan on upgrading the gpu to 980 ti in the future.. so i wanted to be safe.. also i am considering the supernova 750 g1. Do you have a specific name of the board that is good for my needs?

The G1 is not a great PSU, get one of the G2 versions (or GS or GQ). A 650 G2, GS, or GQ would be perfect for a 980ti. All of these boards would be nice. Are you in the USA? The Asus H170 Pro Gaming is on sale today while supplies last:

These are also good:

Picking up the Asus H170 Pro Gaming today on sale would save you a lot of money. It's a very good board.

hey man sorry for the late response. I looked into th H170 and it seems like you cant OC on the mobo.. I was thinking about getting the gigabyte g1 gaming 7..but I'm reading many reviews about its terrible bios setup. I'm looking for a mobo that I can OC and support M.2.. I thought gaming 7 was great until I read that they were selling gimmicky board that doesn't support 5.1 surround sound. I looked into other boards like the asus hero.. but I'm getting reviews that the gaming 7 is better.. I don't know who to trust.. I really do not want to deal with RMAs and my mobo budget is around 200.. looking for a 1151 mobo that can support my needs.

Yes, you will need an Z170 board if you want to overclock. Your first line said i7 6700 and I failed to see that you had written i7 6700K below it. The Asus Pro Gaming also comes in a Z170 version. You should also read the reviews at amazon if you haven't. Sometimes early problems are corrected with bios updates. Steven Bassiri does excellent MB reviews including discussion of circuit quality and design. He has reviewed the Gigabyte Gaming 7, the Asus Hero, and the Asus Pro (which I imagine is probably quite similar to the Asus Pro Gaming).

The Asus Ranger is similar to the Hero but without the fancy lighting effects and a different VRM.
